(More customer reviews)I've been craving the old Lemon Cooler cookie for years, even found a mock recipe of them on the web that I haven't tried yet. Then, I found these and ordered right away. Very refreshing lemon taste and I love the powdered sugar. It would be a nice cookie for a picnic on a hot summer day.
I agree with the other reviewer that I miss the tart lemon taste from the Lemon Cooler cookie. It had a yellow granule of something tart in the middle of it that I remember as a kid and I think that's what gave it that little spark.
I never understood why Sunshine stopped making them when they are such a unique cookie, the only one like this on the shelf!
Overall, very good cookie and they are hard to put away!
