(More customer reviews)I found both flavors of these Oatmeal Squares to be outstanding in both taste and texture. I think they are one of the best tasting nutrition bars that I ever tasted. They are moist and flavorful and NOT artificial tasting like you get with so many other bars. I also popped the chocolate chip in the microwave for about 14 seconds (without the wrapper!!!) and it was like eating a warm oatmeal chocolate chip cookie out of the oven. What I thought was great was that it tasted like a cookie, but had an outstanding nutritional deck; 5g of fiber, 6g of protein, 16g of whole grains, low in sodium and only 190 calories for a 50g bar. I find them very filling, so one bar ties me over for several hours.
Also, what I found very intriguing is that they also contain an ingredient called plant sterols that they say are proven to help lower cholesterol and since I have elevated cholesterol, I thought this was a great bonus for such a great tasting product.
