Barely sweet with a butter flavor and very tender texture with out being crumbly or dry. Excellent shortbread cookie. The Owl and Pussycat shapes were cute but still ok for grownups who like fun shapes. Came to Amazon via a web search to see if we could find a supplier, they are that good! And according to the Artisan Biscuit website they use organic ingredients and no preservitives (the site doesn't accept orders from the public).
